‘More Maturity Was Required’ – Twitteratis Berserk As Ravindra Jadeja’s Departure From The Chennai Franchise Gets Likely To Happen
After the last edition of the Indian T20 League, there is a rumoured rift between Ravindra Jadeja and his Chennai franchise. In the last season, Chennai made Jadeja s their captain. But, in the midway of the tournament, Jadeja returned that baton to MS Dhoni. Meanwhile, he did not play any further matches due to his injury. However, it was a disaster season for Chennai as they finished second last.
After that, Jadeja made a comeback to the Indian team to play the fifth rescheduled Test match against England. There he scored his first-ever Test ton outside home conditions. After that innings, he attended a post-match press conference. There, reporters asked him about the rumoured rift with his franchise. In reply, he said: “What happened, happened. Indian T20 League was not on my mind. Whenever you are playing for India, your entire focus needs to be on the Indian team. It was the same for me, there is no better satisfaction than performing well for India.”
Ravindra Jadeja already deleted some posts and tweets from social media platforms related to the Chennai franchise
Then, again in the month of July, he deleted all his Chennai-related posts (2021-2022) from his Instagram account. He even deleted a tweet from his Twitter profile on 3 August, Wednesday. This post was from the Chennai franchise to celebrate the magical 10 years of Jadeja in Chennai colours. The post read, “10 years of Super Jaddu.” In reply, Jadeja had written, “10 more to go.” But, now he had deleted this tweet.
But, Chennai officials absolutely denied any rumours rift with this Indian all-rounder as of now. Speaking to ANI, a Chennai official said that Jadeja’s social media activities were completely his own call. “See, this is a personal call by him. We are not aware of such kinds of incidents from our side. All OK. Nothing is wrong,” He concluded. Now, reports are coming that Ravindra Jadeja is most likely to not play anymore for the franchise from the next season. In fact, he has not kept any connection with the franchise after the last edition of the Indian T20 League. Now, fans have not taken these reports lightly as they shared views on social media platforms.
Here is how fans have reacted to this news of Ravindra Jadeja on Twitter:
We are not sure what might have gone inside the dressing room, but sure Jadeja can be more mature. He can anyways leave CSK, but why be so sore about it. He is still a top allrounder. Any team would love to have him. https://t.co/iHcYFX8QPf

Retained him at first spot ahead https://t.co/TByTqXhvyc be honest, he totally failed as a captain, team losses are ok but his own performance went down drastically. I have always felt jadeja shows attitude and even fought with raina while playing for india.
