MS Dhoni Gets Treated By A Doctor Who Sits Under A Tree!

MS Dhoni is known as a great cricketer along with his simplicity level throughout his career. Now, another instance happened where he opted for a local doctor for treatment in Ranchi. Despite having access to world-class medical facilities, he chooses a local doctor from his native place, Rachi for further treatment. 

This doctor sits under a tree and his parents also consulted this doctor previously. Hence, consulting with this doctor was not a new thing for the World Cup-winning captain of India. The name of this doctor is Vaidya Bandhan Singh Kharwar.

The doctor treats conditions and illnesses with wild herbs

This doctor is known for doing treatment with wild herbs. Like all his patients, he also charged MS Dhoni 40 rupees for a single dose of medicine. After practicing in Katingkela, this person had been treating his patients for the last 28 years by sitting under a tree only. 

Before the visit of MS Dhoni, the doctor recalled the incident where he talked about how he did not initially identify Dhoni’s parents nor could he recognize Dhoni. He said that as other people came to have a picture with him, that made him realize about Dhoni and his famous parents.

He said that Dhoni has no pride in being a celebrity. “Dhoni comes like a normal patient without any pomp. He has no pride in being a celebrity. However, now every four days, the news of Dhoni’s arrival gathers his fans here. So now he sits in his car while his medicine is administered to him.” the doctor concluded.

However, this is another instance where MS Dhoni’s simplicity level won the heart of his fans. Speaking of his career, he represented his country in 538 International matches where he scored 17266 runs across all the formats. Dhoni is known as the most successful captain in the history of Indian cricket as he won all the major titles for his country during his tenure.
