“Pehli Nazar me Tourist Guide Laga” – Fans Troll Rohit Sharma After He Took Break From West Indies ODIs

Earlier this week, India managed to defeat England in both ODI and T20I series after losing the fifth rescheduled Test match at Edgbaston. Rohit Sharma became the only skipper to win both series at the same time for India. Under his captaincy, players like Suryakumar Yadav, and Rishabh Pant have come out as match winners in recent matches.
However, speaking of his individual form, Rohit Sharma did not have a good series in both formats. He just managed to score one fifty-plus score in the ODI series as he missed that one-off Test match after getting tested positive for Covid-19. Now, India will travel to West Indies where they are scheduled to plate three ODIs and five T20Is.
This veteran batter will be back for the T20Is while he will take a rest from the ODI series. In his absence, his ODI opening partner, Shikhar Dhawan will lead the side while Ravindra Jadeja will be his deputy. Other star players like Virat Kohli also got a break from this series ahead of the mega event later this year in Australia. Virat Kohli is believed to be in Paris with his wife Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika.
Now, the Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma shared a picture of him with his wife and daughter from the UK as he stayed back in the country for vacation. He shared a happy image of them together in his Instagram account’s story section. They enjoyed some time away from competitive cricket at Duplo Valley, a water-based theme park in the UK. The photo got viral quickly and it got circulated over the Internet. However, fans did not take this photo in a light mood as they started to troll Rohit for not taking a break or rest from cricket properly. Some of them also called him a “Tourist Guide” as they shared their views on their accounts.
