Rajasthan Franchise Owned Paarl Royals Are Ready To Announce Its Head Coach For CSA T20 League – Reports
A new franchise T20 League, CSA T20 League is going to happen in 2023. Six different Indian T20 League franchises have owned all the teams. A few days back, this new league also announced some players who have already registered their names for the inaugural season. However, the Rajasthan franchise is not an exception also.
Now, several reports are there that the Rajasthan-owned team ‘Paarl Royals’ is going to announce its head coach for the opening season. The former South African batter, Jean-Paul Duminy is leading the race to become the head coach of this new team. In addition to that, Richard das Nes can be appointed as his deputy.
Rajasthan franchise has already picked four players ahead of the first season of the CSA T20 League
As per reports from Rapport newspaper, Duminy is the candidate who is going to be the head coach for this franchise. However, this team has already grabbed four players for the first season. Both David Miller and Corbin Bosch will play for this new team. While Jos Buttler and Obed McKoy will be part of this franchise again after representing them in the last season of the Indian T20 League.
Speaking of this tournament, all six teams have been owned by Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Lucknow, Rajasthan, and Hyderabad franchises. Lucknow’s Durban franchise already confirmed the appointment of Lance Klusener as their head coach. On the other hand, the Chennai franchise-owned Johannesburg team also confirmed that Stephen Fleming will them as a head coach in this league also.
Speaking about its signed players, this Rajasthan franchise showed faith in both Jos Buttler and Obed McKoy. Both of them were crucial for them as the franchise reached the final of the last Indian T20 League. David Miller also had a tremendous Indian T20 League for his Gujarat franchise. It also earned him a call in the national setup for the Proteas. Along with these players, Corbin Bosch can turn heads with skillsets as a right-arm medium pacer. He was also in the Rajasthan squad in the Indian T20 League 2022 as a replacement for Australia’s Nathan Coulter-Nile.
