Later, he accounted for Virat Kohli as well.
In a conversation with ARY News, Afridi picked the performance against India as his most memorable one. “I had many good performances including five-fors in Tests. But the most memorable one for me would be the match we won against India.”
He revealed the he had planned to bowl full against the Indian batters and it paid dividents. “The ball was not swinging that much, to be honest, but I was bowling at a good pace and Malik told me to pitch it up and let the ball do something,” he added.
He said to get the wickets of players like Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam you need to produce a magical delivery. He described Babar Azam as the best batter he ever bowled to. The left-hander will next be seen in the Pakistan Super League captaining Lahore Qalandars. The tournament is set to begin on the 27th of January at the National Stadium in Karachi.
