8. Lucknow Super Giants – Shivam Mavi

The 25-year-old pacer, Shivam Mavi was a part of the Gujarat Titans teams in 2023. However, he didn’t get any matches to play in that season. This year, LSG spent INR 6.40 crores on him and fought till the very end with RCB before finally getting him into their team. As Mavi plays for Lucknow in domestic, the team will expect him to bring his experience to the side. 

7. Mumbai Indians  – Gerald Coetzee

After trading Hardik Pandya for INR 15 crores, Mumbai Indians made their costliest buy at the mini-auction by buying the South African pacer, Gerald Coetzee for INR 5 crores. He had an amazing World Cup tournament where he took 20 wickets at an economy of 6.23. MI is looking forward to making their pace attack even stronger than before.
