The former India pacer went unsold in the two-day auction last month. Kulkarni had entered the auction at a base price of 75 lakhs. He is vastly experienced in the ITL and has played 92 games, picking up 86 wickets at an average of 28.76. He is one of the few players who have played in every season of the Indian T20 League till 2021. The Mumbai-born player is also an effective batter down the order, which might tempt the franchise to sign him. Moreover, his recent form has been good as well.
