2. Afghanistan vs West Indies- 2016
West Indies won the 2016 edition after six matches. They defeated England twice, Sri Lanka once, South Africa once, and India once. Despite this, they lost their first match against the only Associate nation, Afghanistan, they faced in the edition, in Nagpur.
Following Afghanistan’s total of 123/7, Amir Hamza (4-0-9-1) proved to be the thorn in West Indies’ flesh. Rashid Khan took a wicket with his second ball and then struck again later.
