Wasim Jaffer posts witty Tweet to name India’s playing XI against Pakistan
After a long hiatus of two years, India and Pakistan will be upfront in an iconic battle of the 20-20 World Cup. Ahead of the crucial encounter, WasimJaffer has predicted India’ playing XI. However, unlike other experts, Jaffer does not name the playing XI straightforward. Instead, he leaves the fans guessing by dropping clues. Once again, he was at his witty best and posted a series of tweets regarding India’s playing XI. Jaffer posted a collage of players IPL franchises to reveal his probable XI.
“This is my team for tomorrow. What’s yours? #INDvPAK #T20WorldCup,” Jaffer captioned the post.
The match is expected to be a cracking affair as both heavyweights would be keen to get off to a winning start. Despite Pakistan’s miserable record against India, skipper Virat Kohli is not taking the team lightly. Kohli said Pakistan have plenty of match-winners in the team and India will need to bring out their A-game to beat them.
“Pakistan are strong, you have to play your best cricket against them every time. They have players who are game-changers. We definitely have to bring our A-game against Pakistan,” Kohli said in the pre-match virtual press conference.
