In the last game of Day five of the FIFA World Cup 2022, five-time winners, Brazil played Serbia. The most successful side of the tournament dominated their opponents even though remained goalless in the first half courtesy of missed chances. Meanwhile, in the second half, Richarlison scored two goals to win the game for the team. Notably, one of the goals wasn’t something fans will forget for a long time.
In his second goal of the game in the 73rd minute, he pulled off a bicycle kick to score. In the video uploaded on FIFA World Cup’s official Twitter handle, he got a pass from his teammate from the right side of the goalpost. The pass was above Richarlison’s waist height. This is why he decided to pull off the Bicycle Kick to score. The video is doing rounds on the internet.

The twin goals from Richarlison helped the Southern American side to kick off their campaign with a win. They won the game by 2-0. With these goals, the Tottenham Hotspur striker has now scored nine goals for his national side this year. After the game, he revealed that his ‘Professor’ said that he was smelling goals and added that he had the belief coming into the second half.
“As our professor Tite has said ‘I am smelling goals’!” Richarlison said. “At half-time, I told my colleagues I needed a ball and if I got it, I would score. And that’s what happened.
“We had a beautiful victory and now we have another six games to reach our goal.”
With this win, the Yellow brigade are topping the table in Group H of the tournament, overtaking Switzerland, who won against Cameroon early in the day
