Sunil Chhetri led Bengaluru FC to win their maiden Durand Cup football tournament
Speaking of the viral video, it was seen that the Bengaluru skipper, Sunil Chhetri came up to collect the trophy. Then, La. Ganesan pushed him away as pictures were getting clicked. It seemed that he wanted to be in pictures rather than keeping the Indian skipper in the frame.
Another chief guest pushed aside Bengaluru’s Sivasakthi Narayanan. Eventually, he was the opening goal-scorer of that final against Mumbai City FC. Fans did not like it as they shared their views on social media platforms. Even, former cricketer, Aakash Chopra also shared the same video with a caption: ‘Disrespectful’.

Apuia came up with that important goal for Mumbai. But, it was Alan Costa who scored the second goal for Bengaluru in the 61st minute.
