Premier League club Manchester City became the second English team after Manchester United to complete their treble by winning the English Premier League, the FA Cup, and the UEFA Champions League. Their striker, Erling Haaland is one of the players who has won a treble in his debut season. He has scored a total of 52 goals this season for the Blues, which includes 36 goals in the Premier League, 12 goals in the UEFA Champions League, four goals in FA Cup, two goals in EFL Cup, and one goal in the Community Shield.
Recently, Haaland was seen clicking a picture with a United fan, where he asked the fan to put a hand on the Manchester United logo while clicking a picture. In a video that surfaced on social media, the Norwegian striker was asked for a photo by a group of fans. Among those children, there was one United fan as well, and while clicking a picture with him, the 22-year-old urged the fan to cover the badge on his shirt and said: “Wait, take the picture now. Take another picture like that.”

Erling Haaland guides Norway to victory over Cyprus
The football fans as well as his fans posted some interesting comments on the video after seeing it. One fan wrote, “friendly and savage in equal measure”. “Ultimate s***housery from Haaland,” another user tweeted. “Proper Blue. What a legend,” beamed a delighted City supporter, while the fourth wrote: “Haaland squeezing the United badge the same way City will squeeze the life out of United next season”. Another fan wrote: “You might not like Haaland as a player that’s your opinion but as a person you can’t hate him he’s hilarious.”
This incident took place in Norway after their Euro 2024 Qualifiers fixture against Cyprus. Norway won the game 3-1 as Haaland scored twice in the second half to register a much-awaited victory in the tournament. Their chances for qualifying for Euro 2024 Qualifiers are still alive after bagging three important points by winning this game.
