The month of December is proving prosperous for Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf. He made his Test debut early this month, though he got injured during the game and was ruled out for the rest of the series. Meanwhile, before the end of the year, the right-arm pacer has gotten married. It is reported that he got married to Muzna Masood Malik in a private ceremony.

During the ceremony, some of Rauf’s teammates were also present. Currently, the 2022 PSL winner with Lahore Qalandars continues to be ruled out due to injury alongside Shaheen Afridi, who was also present. Meanwhile, in a video that is doing rounds on the internet, Rauf was all smiles alongside his newly-wed wife. Both looked adorable in the video.

Talking about Rauf, he made his international debut in a T20I game against Bangladesh in January 2020. Since then, he has played 57 games in the shortest format and was part of the team in the 2021 and 2022 20-20 World Cup campaigns. In October 2020, the Melbourne Stars player in the Big Bash League made his ODI debut against Zimbabwe. Since then, he has played 15 games so far.

It will be interesting to see when he makes a comeback. In the upcoming home series against New Zealand, Pakistan will play two Tests and three ODIs. Now, with the Test team already decided, the Balochistan player in domestic cricket is expected to return to the side for the ODI series. However, everything depends on his fitness at the time.
