WATCH: India team kit sponsor releases team anthem, fans call it better than World Cup theme
With only a few days left at the start of the ODI World Cup 2023, Indian team kit sponsor Adidas has released Team Anthem. While the popular opinion around the Apex Council-released anthem isn’t liked by the fans, this one is being loved by the fans. Talking about the Team Anthem, it talks subtly about winning the title for the third time. Apparently, the Asian side won the title in 1983 and 2011.
Notably, the Adidas logo has three stripes and the campaign has been named #3KaDream. Also, after winning the Asia Cup 2023, the fans have started having expectations for the team to win the tournament. 12 years back, the Men In Blue started the trend of winning the tournament at home. After India (2011), Australia did in 2015 and England did it four years back.
