India won the first match of the ODI World Cup 2023 against Australia in MA Chidambaram stadium in Chennai by 6 wickets. The knocks of Virat Kohli and KL Rahul took India home with their timely knocks. India was reduced to 2/3 in the first two overs of the match. After that, India cruised towards victory and chased down a total of 200 runs in the hot and humid conditions of Chennai.
It was the first match of India, which was also the start of a long streak for India. Since then, India has been on a winning streak in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023. But it was that match which gave a winning start to the Indian team. After being put under pressure, India bounced back and won the game. But before the match, there was an intruder in the stadium, who disturbed the proceedings.
Interestingly, the man is famous for his intruding in the stadium. The name of the person in ‘Jarvo’, who was found in similar incidents in the past. During India’s tour of England in 2021, Jarvo first made his appearance in the stadium in a match out of nowhere. On the same tour, he was found a couple of more times. After that, Jarvo was not found much in matches.

In the match between India and Australia, Jarvo was seen in the stadium. It was frustrating for the players in the middle. Virat Kohli was angry with Jarvo and seemed to say something about the disturbance caused by the intruder. The commentators expressed their frustration as well before the security personnel came and took away the intruder from the arena.
KL Rahul was also frustrated with the incident. In the latest video, an instance has been recorded where Rahul asked Jarvo to go away from the middle. In the viral video, Rahul was seen saying “This is not for you man. You can’t be coming this way. Go f*** off.” As Jarvo laughed at the frustration of Rahul, security personnel came to take him out of the stadium.
