Naseem Shah is currently busy playing for Pakistan in the ongoing Asia Cup 2022. Throughout the tournament, he has impressed fans with his performance. Against India, he made a commendable debut in the shortest format of the game. On the other hand, Urvashi Rautela is a Bollywood actress.

In recent times, she made headlines due to some controversy with the Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant. In the ongoing Asia cup, she came to watch both the India-Pakistan clash in UAE. However, after the second match between India and Pakistan, she shared a story on her Instagram, involving herself and Naseem Shah. Now, an interview went viral where Nassem Shah said that he is completely unaware of the Indian actress.

Urvashi Rautela got trolled by fans for attending India’s matches in Asia Cup 2022

It all started with the story she shared on Instagram involving both of them. In that video, Urvashi and Naseem were smiling at each other during the match while romantic music played in the background. But, in a recent interview, Naseem Shah said that he does not know about her at all.

He said: “Smile toh aapke question pe aa raha hai (I am smiling at your question). I don’t know who Urvashi Rautela is. I only focus on my match. People usually send me videos but I have no idea. I have nothing special in me but I thank people who come to watch cricket and give a lot of respect.”  

Speaking about Naseem’s form, he took a rest from the last match in the ‘Super Four’ against Sri Lanka. However, against Afghanistan, he came up with a heroic performance. While chasing the target of 130 runs, Pakistan was struggling at 119 runs for nine wickets in 19 overs. Then, Naseen hit two consecutive sixes to seal the final berth for his country. He remained not out on 14 runs off four balls. Apart from it, he took one wicket also in the match by conceding 19 runs in four overs.
