Watch: Pakistan spinner bamboozles Zak Crawley on his Test debut against England
In the ongoing Test match between Pakistan and England, the home team has handed mystery spinner, Abrar Ahmed, his Test cap. He repaid that faith in the first over as he cleaned up Zak Crawley on the fifth ball of his Test career. He came into bowl the ninth over of the innings and was greeted with a cover drive that cost two runs.
However, in the same over, Ahmed came up with an incoming delivery that Crawley failed to keep out. The latter tried to defend the ball but the gap between bat and ball was wide enough for the ball to sneak in. The right-hander lost his stumps and became Ahmed’s maiden Test wicket.

Abrar Ahmed and Pakistani bowlers are getting hammered
Talking about Pakistani bowling, they are once again being hammered by England’s BazBall approach. At the time of writing, the Three Lions have amassed 117/1 in just 18.5 overs. In the first session of the last Test, the team scored 176/0. Meanwhile, talking about Pakistan’s bowling, Abrar Ahmed has been leaking runs since his maiden Test wicket.
The mystery spinner has given away 41 runs in just six overs. However, at the time of writing, he managed to get rid of Ben Duckett (67), who was taking apart Pakistan bowling. On the other hand, the other bowlers are also proving costly in the game. Leg-spinner, Zahid Mahmood has given away 32 runs in 3.3 overs while Faheem Ashraf has given away 16 runs in four overs. The latter is making his comeback in the team.
Also, Mohammad Ali has bowled six overs and conceded 29 runs already. It looks like England will finish strongly at the end of the first session despite losing two wickets.
