Watch: Sachin Tendulkar wins hearts after rescuing a helpless bird
Sachin Tendulkar is regarded as one of the greatest cricketers of all time. He is one player who is respected by one and all. Tendulkar earned the respect of millions by not just scoring runs in the field, but his noble actions outside the field also helped him rule the hearts.
Once again, the Master Blaster is in news for a great cause. Tendulkar recently uploaded a video where he was seen rescuing a bird. In the video posted by the 48-year-old, he picked the bird while the other lad, not in the frame, served water to the bird. The 2011 World Cup winner took the bird to a place where he could feed the bird. The 200-Test veteran was trying to figure out what was wrong with the bird and realised that the left leg was injured.
The legendary player captioned the video “A little care and affection can go a long way to make our world an even better place!

This week, the highest ever ODI and Test run getter requested fans to remain vigilant on social media. Apparently, a gambling company misused Sachin’s image during their ad campaign. Tendulkar said he never endorses such stuff and vowed to take action against the company.
“It has come to my notice that there are multiple ads being shown on social media platforms, with a morphed photo showing me endorsing a casino,” wrote Sachin
“I have never endorsed gambling, tobacco or alcohol – directly or indirectly, in an individual capacity. It pains to see that my images are being used to mislead people,” he stated.
“While my legal team will be taking the required action, I felt it was important for me to share this information with everyone,” he added.
