Pakistan’s former legendary fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar is all set to make his debut on OTT with a new show. He announced the show on his Twitter handle and informed his fans that the first episode of the show will be aired on Friday, February 17. However, some clips from the show are already getting viral on social media.

In the video, the former cricketer asked some questions related to cricket. One of the questions was about the year in which Pakistan won the 1992 World Cup. His mind was baffled as the guest, model Nida Yasir failed to give the answer. The answer was hidden in the question itself, but despite this, she could not answer.

Nida memorized the answer to Shoaib’s first question, but after that Akhtar changed his question. The Pakistani legend then asked in which year Pakistan won the 2009 World Cup. On hearing this question, Nida without even thinking said “1992”. The other guest of the show also told Nida to listen to the question carefully.

Babar is far better than anyone else in this world: Shoaib Akhtar

Pakistan won the 20-20 World Cup in 2009 by defeating Sri Lanka. Batting first, Sri Lanka had given a target of 139 runs. In response, Pakistan achieved the target in 18.4 overs, courtesy of Shahid Afridi’s unbeaten half-century. Earlier, under the captaincy of former legendary cricketer, Pakistan won the 50-over World Cup by beating England in 1992.

Meanwhile, Akhtar recently praised Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and went even further by saying that the 28-year-old’s class is far better than anyone else in the world.

“The class of Babar is far better than anyone else in this world because of his elegance and shot selection,” the Rawalpindi Express, who still holds the record for the fastest ball bowled at 161.3 kph, said on his YouTube channel.

Babar is playing for Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 2023 and was recently played against Karachi Kings on Tuesday, February 14 in Karachi. He played an outstanding knock of 68 runs off 46 balls which included 7 fours and 1 six and helped the team to achieve a huge total of 199 runs in the first innings.
