Currently, India is in the driver’s seat in the ongoing Super 12 game of the 20-20 World Cup 2022 at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Meanwhile, in the midst of the game, a spectator proposed to his partner. The incident was caught on camera and has been going on since then. Even though there is a result still to come out, India’s win is inevitable at the moment.

Meanwhile, talking about the incident, it happened during Holland’s innings. At that point, the scorecard read 28/2 in the sixth over, bowled by Hardik Pandya. Fans across the couple were enjoying the moment and a lot of them captured it on their mobile cameras. The video is going viral like wildfire at the time of writing.

Talking about the game, the 2007 winners won the toss and batted first. They had a slow start but eventually reached 179/2, an above-par total on a slow wicket. Skipper, Rohit Sharma, former skipper Virat Kohli, and Suryakumar Yadav scored one half-century each to take the game away from the infamous giant killers. In reply, the Orange Brigade has managed to score only 98 runs at the loss of seven wickets in 17.2 overs.

Notably, India’s bowling has been doing extraordinarily well in the game. In the powerplay, Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled two maiden overs and took the wicket of dangerous, Vikramjit Singh. Apart from other bowlers have contributed as well. Only Arshdeep Singh is having a rough game against the Dutch. However, at the time of writing, he took the wicket of Logan van Beek with a terrific bouncer. Currently, he is on a hat-trick as he took the wicket of Fred Klassen on the last ball of the 18th over.

Fans would be hoping for him to get a hat trick. On the other hand, the Men In Blue would look to wrap the innings up the boost their Net Run Rate (NRR). This might be helpful at the end of the Super 12.
