The ongoing game between India and Pakistan is the most anticipated game of the ongoing 20-20 World Cup 2022. The game has started the fans are enjoying it as we speak. Meanwhile, ahead of the game, the broadcaster of the tournament in India arranged a chat show with Bollywood actor, Varun Dhawan. During the show, the actor made a hilarious mistake.

Apparently, Dhawan was asked about the players to watch out for in the ‘Mother of all clashes’. Hilariously enough, the actor picked Jasprit Bumrah as the player to watch out for. Clearly, he wasn’t aware of the fact the right-arm pacer has been ruled out of the showpiece event due to a back injury. “Virat Kohli is there, Rohit Sharma, and KL Rahul all will play an important role but I think Jasprit Bumrah will play a big role,” said Dhawan.

The actor was immediately told about Bumrah’s injury to which the former said “Oh yaar suna tha ye (Oh man, I had heard about it)” in embarrassment.

Talking about the ongoing game, India is currently on top of its Asian rivals. Arshdeep Singh has taken out the opening pair of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. Talking about Azam, he was trapped lbw by Singh. Notably, it was the first ball duck that happened in the second over of the innings. On the other hand, Rizwan was caught at fine leg. At the time of writing, Pakistan scored 42/2 with Mohammed Shami and Hardik Pandya bowling on two different ends.

For the Green Brigade, Shan Masood and Iftikhar Ahmed are batting at the crease. Both have the responsibility of taking the team out of the difficult situation. It won’t be easy for the batters as the pacers are getting help from the wicket. The Indian pacers are enjoying their bowlers at the moment.
