Watch: Vicky Kaushal turns cricketer on sets of his upcoming movie

Vicky Kaushal is in Indore, currently shooting for his untitled upcoming film. The shoot is taking place in the Indore Christian College. The movie is being directed by Laxman Utekar, who made his Bollywood directional debut with the film Luka Chuppi in 2019. Utekar’s recent direction was Mimi, starring Kirti Sanon, Pankaj Tripathi, and Sai Tamhankar. He has been the cinematographer of Bollywood movies like English Vinglish, Dear Zindagi, Hindi Medium, and 102 Not Out.
On Wednesday, Vicky shared a video on Instagram from the set of this movie where he can be seen playing cricket with other crew members. Sara Ali Khan is also a part of this movie and will be seen with Vicky for the first time. The name of the movie is yet to be announced.
In December 2020, a photo of Vicky and Sara from the sets went viral. They were seen sitting on a scooter during one of the shots. The video of Vicky playing cricket has been shared by his fan pages on Instagram. Here’s what he wrote along with the video:
“Nothing better than sneaking out time for some cricket on set.”

Last week, Vicky was accompanied by his wife Katrina Kaif and they celebrated their first Lohri together in Indore. The couple married in a closed gathering on December 9, 2021, in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
Vicky was last seen in Sardar Udham movie where he portrayed the role of freedom fighter Sardar Udham Singh. The movie received critical acclamation for the portrayal of the life of Udham Singh. He will next be seen in Govinda Mera Naam, alongside Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. The film will be produced by Dharama Productions and be directed by Shashank Khaitan.
