The Indian Test Team is currently busy playing the fifth rescheduled Test against England at Edgbaston in Birmingham. As Rohit Sharma missed the match due to Covid-19, Jasprit Bumrah was given the captaincy opportunity.

After losing the toss, India was asked to bat first and they were in a spot of bothering after losing five wickets for 98 runs only. However, Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja scored two centuries as India reached up to 416 runs on Day two. Rishabh Pant was the highest scorer with his knock of 146 runs as he smashed English bowlers all around the park.

Speaking about that incident, it was the 32nd over of England’s innings when Mohammad Shami was bowling. Some heated words got exchanged between these players as Kohli was standing in the slip cordon. It was also found that Kohli was putting his finger on his lips to shut down Bairstow. However, umpires came and stopped them from creating any further problems.

This is not the first time that Kohli has been involved in such situations as he always liked to play Test cricket with full intensity. Even, it had been found also that all players got back to full smiles after that over only.

Speaking of the match, England is currently batting with a score of 178 runs by losing six wickets. Jonny Bairstow is still at the crease with 72* runs along with Sam Billings. England is still trailed by 238 runs in the first innings from gaining any lead over India.
