Roman Reigns’ run as a WWE Universal Championship has been nothing short of legendary. The tribal chief has turned out to be a loved heel from a hated hero in the past. The change of character has worked well for him, which makes him the face of the industry currently. The Samoan has been acknowledged by some of the heavy superstars like CM Punk, Randy Orton, and John Cena. It has been more than 1200 days since the Tribal Chief was last beaten in a match in WWE while defending his title in the big events.

But WWE might have to finally get rid of the Tribal chief at the top of his game. Cody Rhodes has come out to be the crowd favourite. After his loss at WrestleMania 2023, WWE has ensured enough to push Rhodes to the level of Roman. Cody has beaten Brock Lesnar and many others in the period. His level has been elevated and seems to be a deserving contender to take on the Bloodline. Come the Wrestle Mania 2024, it might be a rematch between Reigns and Rhodes. This time, the American Nightmare is likely to finish the story by himself.
