WWE planning to breakup yet another Tag team

After the 2023 WWE Draft, superstars are currently settling in with the brand to which they have been assigned. The ceremony clearly has the power to stir things up, but surprisingly, it didn’t result in the dissolution of many teams. Although many teams did not disband as a result of the most recent restructuring, it is very certain that the currently active teams that fans know and love will eventually break up.

Teams rarely stay together for the duration of a pro wrestling match. In World Wrestling Entertainment, teams can choose from a variety of routes to follow. They occasionally have a horrible breakup and a quarrel. Sometimes the two agree to part ways and pursue success on their own. One of the reasons for this is to build new storylines and rivalries prior to SummerSlam 2023 and to create opportunities for changing characters from faces to heels or vice versa.

Iyo Sky wishes to cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase against Asuka

On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown which went on air on July 14, 2023, Iyo Sky was seen wanting to cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase against Asuka. While getting ready to enter the ring, she gave Bayley the briefcase. Asuka had time to shower Bayley with blue mist and leave the ring carrying her title belt because she didn’t get the briefcase to the referee in time.

Iyo Sky was enraged since she was unable to redeem her MITB contract. Despite the fact that Sky didn’t express any anger toward Bayley, it’s probable that she still has a grudge against the WWE Superstar. This incident may be the beginning of the end for Sky and Bayley’s relationship, with Sky accusing Bayley of losing her numerous chances to win the championship.

Another similar story that is going around involves, Damian Priest and Finn Balor being at each other’s throats until recently over the World Heavyweight Championship, which is comparable to Iyo Sky’s potential animosity toward Bayley. Damian Priest destroyed Seth Rollins at a Monday Night RAW program and wanted to use him to fulfil his Money in the Bank deal. The Archer of Infamy attempted to do so, but Finn Balor’s intervention prevented him from doing so, which caused friction among The Judgment Day’s members.

Only on the most recent Red brand episode did Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio team up to defeat Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn.
