2. Bhuvneshwar Kumar
Bhuvneshwar Kumar was one of the leading pacers of India in 2017 and 2018. The star pacer was very good both as a batter and as a bowler in the tour across formats. In Tests, Bhuvneshwar was terrific in the two matches he played. In the first Test, Bhuvneshwar bowled well and claimed the wickets of all three batters before the home side made a comeback. In the same Tests, Bhuvneshwar was handy with the bat. In the second Test, Kumar was rested. he made a terrific comeback in the Third Test.
On a difficult wicket to bat on in Johannesburg, Bhuvneshwar scored two crucial 30s claimed many wickets with the ball and helped India to achieve a historic Test win. In ODIs and T20Is, the star pacer was brilliant as well. In one of the T20Is, Kumar claimed a fifer and impressed everyone. In both ODIs and T20Is, India won the series. The star pacer was a key performer in both formats. In 2023, Kumar will no longer be a part of the Indian team in any format. He last played an international match in November 2022.
