Ahead of Arshdeep Singh, India went with Prasidh Krishna during the ODI series against England with other bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, and Mohammed Shami. But, Krishna failed to impress in those matches as per expectations after what he did for his franchises over the last few years in the Indian T20 League.
He only managed two wickets in three ODIs while other pacers had a fantastic series. Even, in a suitable condition for pacers, Krishna failed to grab his opportunities in this series. However, he is going to be a part of the upcoming West Indies ODIs. Hence, his performance will be under the radar of the Team India management.
