This left-arm pacer made a sensational entry to the Indian team after performing for his Hyderabad franchise in the latest editions of the Indian T20 League. Even in the last edition, Natarajan took 18 wickets in 11 matches, at an average of 22.55. But, due to some injury setback, he lost his place in any contention for India across any format.
Last, he played for India in 2021. But, now, as per reports, he is fully fit and he will be participating in the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Hence, selectors could choose him over Yadav to replace Shami. But, the lack of matches on his back in recent times could affect his consideration.
