Deepak Hooda had a great season for his Lucknow franchise as he scored 451 runs in 14 innings at an average of 32.21 while batting in the middle order. His performance earned him this call-up to the Indian T20 set-up in Ireland.
He can be an asset to the Indian Team as he has a part-time bowling ability also. But, India already has better and proven all-rounders available. Therefore, his chances are very less to be part of the T20 World squad.
