Mumbai franchise is known as the most successful one in the Indian T20 League history as they won the title five times. All over these years, several big names like Sachin Tendulkar, and Ricky Pointing represented this franchise and the results have been outrageous for them.

Current India captain, Rohit Sharma is the captain of this franchise since 2013 and during this timeline, he won all those five titles for them. But, their overall team culture has been the main mantra behind their immense success so far. It has been found that this team has always prioritized their players above the game.

Mumbai is sending some of their players to train in England

Mumbai had a forgettable season in this year’s Indian T20 League. Still, some youngsters like Tilak Verma performed so well throughout the season. Now, this franchise sent some of their youngsters to England to train ahead of the next season.

However, this is not the first time when this franchise took care of its players in the best possible way. Lucknow’s Mohsin Khan is an example for them as he was with Mumbai before this season. In 2019, this bowler was injured and during 2022-21, he got injured again. All this time, Mumbai gave all the required medical attention to him.

Mumbai also attended one of his parents during that timeline. It shows the care this franchise showed to him during his need. However, Mumbai failed to retain him this year due to the rules of the Indian T20 League. Lucknow franchise bought him and he had a great season with them. As per reports, after this year’s match with Mumbai, Mohsin went over to the Mumbai dugout to thank each and every member of Mumbai’s coaching team and support staff personally.

This is the way Mumbai has treated its players over the years and it has influenced their players to perform for that jersey with full commitment in every single match. After the selling of the Media Rights of this League at a record-breaking amount, players are expected to get more exposure in the coming seasons from every franchise.
