BBL 2011-12 | Brisbane Heat vs Hobart Hurricanes

The Heat was having a terrible opening season of the tournament. They were placed at the bottom of the points table. On the other hand, the Hurricanes were topping the table coming into the game.

However, what turned out was something no one saw coming. Batting first, Brisbane had a great start with Matthew Hayden and Andrew Robinson putting together 100 runs in just 8.4 overs. Skipper Peter Forrest scored an unbeaten 33 to take the team to 201/4. In reply, the table toppers in that season looked like winning as they needed three runs in two balls. However, they lost two wickets and lost the game by two runs.
