Argentina football team skipper, Lionel Messi has posted a long and emotional note on Instagram. He did it after the turn of the calendar from 2022 to 2023, he posted a long note. He started by saying that the year, 2022 will be an unforgettable one for him. Not to forget, he finally managed to become a World Cup at the age of 35.

Furthermore, he thanked his family and friends. The 35-year-old has three kids and is married to Antonela Roccuzzo since 2017.  Meanwhile, the former Barcelona player wrote that he wants to make special memories with all the people who bank on him.

“Ends a year I will never forget. The dream I always chased finally came true. But that wouldn’t be worth anything either if it wasn’t because I can share it with a wonderful family, the best one can have, and friends who always supported me and didn’t let me stay on the floor every time I fell. I also want to have a very special memory for all the people who follow me and bank with me, it’s amazing to be able to share this path with all of you,” Messi wrote on Instagram.

The Argentina player also thanked his fans for the support from a lot of countries. He wished them all the best for the year 2023.
“It would be impossible to get where I came without so much encouragement that I received so much from all the people in my country as from Paris, Barcelona and so many other cities and countries from which I have been receiving love. I wish this year was also wonderful for everyone and I wish you all the health and strength to remain happy in 2023. A huge hug to all!”
