Fans Troll Sachin Tendulkar And Yuvraj Singh For Showing Condolences On Queen Elizabeth’s Death, Posts Go Viral
England is currently busy playing the three-match Test series against South Africa. On 8 September 2022, England locked horns with South Africa in the third match of the series. But, rain delayed the start of the match. However, on the same day, England’s Queen Elizabeth II died at the age of 96. Hence, the play got suspended totally for the day.
The whole sporting fraternity came up with some messages to show respect for the late Queen. However, former Indian cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh also shared a tweet to show condolences to her. But, that did not go well with the fans. They started to troll them by sharing their thoughts in reply to those posts.
Here are the shared posts from Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh:
Saddened to hear about the passing away of Queen Elizabeth II. I had the opportunity to meet her in person on a number of occasions, and the love & respect that people had for her was heartening to see. My deepest condolences to her family and dear ones.

All sporting events got called off in Britain following the death of Queen Elizabeth II
Speaking of the shared posts, both the cricketers showed some respect to the late Queen of England. Sachin Tendulkar wrote: “Saddened to hear about the passing away of Queen Elizabeth II. I had the opportunity to meet her in person on a number of occasions, and the love & respect that people had for her was heartening to see. My deepest condolences to her family and dear ones.”
On the other hand, Yuvraj wrote: “The passing away of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II marks the end of an era. Her life was a testimony of inner strength, courage, and devotion toward her people. My deepest condolences to the royal family and her countless well-wishers in this hour of grief #QueenElizabeth.”
But, in response to these posts, people slammed them. They said that those cricketers should not show such respect for the Queen of a country that has a bitter past with India. Meanwhile, some fans also slammed Sachin Tendulkar for not sharing any tweet for Virat Kohli after his 71-st hundred. Hence, these cricketers had a forgettable time after sharing their thought on the social media platform. However, due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II, all sporting events got called off in Britain. Even, this weekend’s Premier League match round will be suspended as a mark of respect to her.
