Ravindra Jadeja was one of the best All-rounders in the tournament. With the bat, Jadeja batted well till the final. With the ball, Jadeja was economical till the knockout stage of the tournament. As a fielder, Jadeja was athletic in the field. Both in catching and ground fielding, Jadeja brought his best and helped the cause of the Indian team. As a bowler, not many expected Jadeja to perform the way he did, as his numbers since 2016 have not been that great.

Despite proving everyone wrong, Jadeja might be doubtful in ODIs in the upcoming days. Barring the ODI World Cup 2023, Jadeja was otherwise poor as a batter in the calendar year 2023. With age not on his side, Jadeja might not be looked at by the Indian management. Many younger players in the Indian team are waiting for their chances. In the upcoming days, Jadeja might not feature in the limited-overs teams of India. Jadeja might be asked to concentrate on Test cricket.
