This hundred is known as Rohit Sharma’s first away century in the longest format of the game. His innings ensured that India took a 171-run lead over England after day three of the fourth Test at The Kia Oval.
Speaking about the match, Rohit brought up this hundred in the second innings as India set a target of 368 runs for England. However, English batters fail to chase it as India won that match by 157 runs.
