After a devastating tour of England in 2014, Virat Kohli revived himself in 2018 only. He scored 593 runs in that series at an average of 59.30.
In the first Test match of the series, he scored 149 runs in the first innings. However, India failed to win the match by 31 runs only. Despite such dominating performance from him, India lost the series by 4-1 to England.
