Huge increase in ticket prices for final of ODI World Cup 2023 between India and Australia
The prices for the tickets for the big match between India and Australia have gone over the roof. For the final of the ODI World Cup 2023 at the world’s biggest cricket stadium, some of the tickets have been priced well over INR 1 lakh. There has been an unprecedented demand for the tickets, as it will be a spectacle of its kind. It will not just be a match between the two teams.

During the second drinks break in the evening period, there will be a laser light show for the audience. The closing ceremony is set to have performances from various stars.

Tickets priced well over INR 150000 for the final
There has been a huge demand for ticket prices. The tickets which were priced at around INR 10000, have a huge rise in price. They are priced at over INR 150000. On the ticket re-selling website of the ODI World Cup 2023 named viagogo.com, a ticket in tier 4 was priced at INR 1,87,407, which is a hefty amount. In the tier adjacent to it, the ticket price was set at INR 1,57,421.
The minimum selling price of the ticket for the World Cup final was INR 32000. In normal instances, there would not be such a huge demand. Hence, the price for tickets would be less in such cases. But since it is the biggest cricket tournament, the price of tickets for the final of the tournament has been huge, more so because India is playing in the big match.
