The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings’ match at Chepauk had an unexceptional ending. Ravindra Jadeja smashed RP Singh for a six and a four off his first two balls as Chennai needed 16 off the final over. The bowler had a great turnaround since in his following three deliveries, he only allowed four runs to be scored.

Jadeja edged a short, wide ball from RP Singh to the short third man with two needed off the last ball. The RCB camp began to celebrate, but umpire Anil Choudhary declared a no-ball. The joy for RCB quickly changed into sadness as the batters raced a single on their own to give CSK the victory.
