He was the also part of the India’s 2011 World Cup winning campaign. He scored the most runs for the team in that tournament. He was, in fact, the second highest run-scorer in the tournament.
Sachin Tendulkar is currently part of the Mumbai franchise in the ongoing edition of the Indian T20 League 2022. Tendulkar is plying his trade as a mentor of the side. However, the team isn’t doing too well this year. The five-time winners, Mumbai has suffered five consecutive defeats and are yet to open their account this season.

Amidst that, he was taken by surprise as Jonty Rhodes tried to touch his feet instead of following the routine of shaking hands.
