According to popular football journalist Fabrizio Romano, a verbal agreement has been made between Chelsea and Al Hilal, to sign Kalidou Koulibaly. This probable transfer would be a big step forward in the career of the Senegalese center-back, who has previously played for Chelsea and Napoli. Fabrizio Romano, well-known for his trustworthy insights into the world of football transfers, recently stated via his social media platforms that Koulibaly has decided to join Al Hilal.

While no official deal has been inked as of yet, the player’s verbal agreement with the Saudi Arabian club is a good move forward in the negotiating process. Koulibaly has proven himself as one of the world’s most brilliant defenders throughout the years. He began his professional career in Belgium before joining Genk of Italy in 2012.
