Suniel Shetty drops major hint about KL Rahul – Athiya Shetty wedding

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty has confirmed that his daughter, Athiya and KL Rahul will get married soon. The duo has been dating for years and Athiya has been seen accompanying the right-hander. Also, they go on holiday whenever the India vice-captain is rested. Meanwhile, a few months ago, it was reported that the couple will tie the knot.
The senior actor had said “I think Jaise hi bachhe decide karenge. Rahul ke schedules hai. Abhi Aisa Cup hai, World Cup hai, South African tour hai, Australia tour hai. Jab bachho ko break milega tab shaadi hogi. Ek din me shaadi nahi ho sakti na?
(I think whenever the kids will decide. Rahul is currently having a busy schedule which includes Asia Cup, World Cup, South African tour, and Australia tour. When kids will get a break from work, marriage will happen. You can’t get married in a day, right?)”.
Currently, Rahul has been rested for the ongoing tour of New Zealand. Meanwhile, the Hera Pheri actor has now said that they pair get married soon. “Jaldi hogi,” said Suniel Shetty after reporters questioned him about the couple’s wedding status during the Dharavi Bank launch event.

There was a time when the couple wasn’t open about their relationship. They dated for around three years but only made it official a few months ago. Before this, there was a rumor that they would get married soon after. In response, Athiya had said “I hope I’m invited to this wedding that’s taking place in 3 months, lol.”
Notably, the duo has reportedly decided to forego a lavish wedding. They have decided to wed at Dhadkan actor’s Khandala home, “Jahaan.”
