WATCH: Babar Azam’s personal chat with PCB Head Salman Naseer leaked on LIVE TV
A huge feud has erupted between the Pakistan Cricket Board and the captain of the Pakistan Cricket Team, Babar Azam. Notably, multiple allegations have been made against the team’s captain and Pakistan cricket board’s head Zaka Ashraf. The Pakistan Cricket Board management committee head Zaka Ashraf recently revealed Babar Azam’s personal chats on LIVE TV.
The leaked chats of the Pakistani captain are facing wide criticism as it is unknown if Azam’s permission was taken to reveal the chats with that of the committee head publicly on live television. Also, it has also raised multiple ethical concerns on the part of the Pakistan cricket board managing the team.
As per the former Pakistan wicket-keeper Rashid Latif, Zaka Ashraf was ignoring Babar Azam’s calls and messages especially after the board released statement while hinting Azam getting sacked from captaincy after the ODI World Cup 2023.
In his defence, Zaka Ashraf showed his private chat with Azam and said, “He [Latif] says that I don’t pick up his [Babar’s] call. He has never called me. The team’s captain is supposed to talk with the Director International Cricket or the Chief Operating Officer.”

The chat with Pakistan cricket board’s chief operating officer Salman Naseer said, “Babar, there’s also been news circulating on TV and social media that you have been calling the Chairman and he’s not answering. Have you called him recently?” To which Babar responded, “Salam Salman bhai, I have not made any call to sir.”
Team’s head coach Mickey Arthur recently talked about Babar Azam being sacked from captaincy for Pakistan poor performance in the ODI World Cup 2023, he said “It’s really unfair to start a witch hunt, certainly on Babar Azam, on Inzi (chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq), on our coaches, on the management team. What I do know is the boys have tried, and the effort of the coaching staff, the effort of the players has been first-class. If they would see the amount of effort that the players and staff put in, they would be amazed.”

Zaka Ashraf is fully responsible for the drubbing of the Pakistan team. He has ruined this team by his cheap politics.
