With exactly two weeks left for the start of 15th season of the Indian T20 League, teams have become active on social media. Every franchise is doing different things ahead of the upcoming season. Rajasthan roped in Lasith Malinga as their fast bowling coach and revealed the development through an edited picture of him in pink.
On the other hand, Bangalore has planned an unboxing event in their home city to reveal their new skipper on March 12. The event will be free of cost and walk-in for all the fans. Meanwhile, Delhi has launched its new team shirt via video on its official Twitter handle. The color combination of the new shirt is blue and red.

Notably, this is not the first time the team is going with the same color combination. In 2019, the team started wearing sky blue shirt with royal blue sleeves and red collars. Next year, there was slight tweak in the kit with red strips on the side of team kit and the kit remained the same last year. This year, the red color has covered more areas of the shirt.
The upcoming season of the ITL will start from March 26, with last year’s finalists, Chennai and Kolkata to kick off the tournament. Delhi will play their first game on the next day, against five-time winners Mumbai. This year, the 2020 finalists will field a slightly different team as they had to let go of players such as Shikhar Dhawan, Kagiso Rabada, Shreyas Iyer etc. The team will be led by wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant, who led the team last year as well due to injury to Shreyas Iyer.
