Watch: Jasprit Bumrah’s Wife Takes A Witty Dig At English Batters For Their Failure At The Oval

India started their three-match ODI series against England with a fantastic performance as they won the series opener by 10 wickets. India chased down the 111-run target without losing any wicket as both the openers remained unbeaten.
Rohit Sharma won the toss and asked England to bat first. But, Jasprit Bumrah was in a fiery mood as he registered his career-best figure of six wickets for 19 runs in just 7.2 overs. Along with him, the other two pacers like Mohammed Shami, and Prasidh Krishna were also in top form as England got bundled out for 110 runs in 25.2 overs. But, during the match, match presenter and Jasprit Bumrah’s wife, Sanjana Ganeshan took a witty dig at the English batters as four of them went on duck only.
India will take on England on 14 July 2022, Thursday at Lord’s for the Second ODI
Speaking about the first match, four English top-batters like Jason Roy, Joe Root, Ben Stokes, and Liam Livingstone failed to open their account. Hence, while roaming around the food area of the stadium, Sanjana said that the English fans might not come to a food stall, named “Crispy Duck.”
She said: “A food area is a busy place it’s a shocker block full of English fans coz they don’t wanna watch the cricket. There are plenty of stalls here fries, hot dogs typical match day food for you, We have come to a stall that not a lot of English batters would like to come to. It’s called the Crispy Duck. We’ve got a duck wrap with us we wanna see how good the duck is off the field because the duck on the field has been absolutely fantastic.”

The video got shared on Twitter and it went viral as the Indian pacer’s wife trolled the England batters after her husband’s tremendous performance with the ball. India will lock horns again with England at Lord’s on 14 July 2022 while Virat Kohli is still likely to miss that match also due to his groin injury.
