Watch: MS Dhoni does a 360° during Chennai’s pre-season camp

The fifteenth edition of the Indian T20 league is all set to start on March 26. All the fans are already excited to watch their favourite teams in action. However, it’s the defending champions Chennai who have already started preparing for the biggest T20 league in the world.

They started their pre-season training camp in Surat. Currently, they are practising at the Lalbhai Contractor Stadium, as the pitch conditions over there are similar to the pitch conditions of the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. It is to be noted that the 55 games of the 2022 edition will take place in Mumbai.

For the last few days, several images and videos of the Chennai players and their captain MS Dhoni practicing have gone viral. A video that saw the “Thala” hit a one-handed six was doing the rounds on social media. Recently, the official social media handle of the franchise posted another video of Dhoni hitting a six.

This time, he was seen trying out a different kind of short. In the video, Dhoni hit a huge six off the back-foot towards the square-led region. This clearly displayed the versatility of the legend as a hitter. Thus, he seems to be in good nick.

Many fans commented on the post as well. They were hopeful of the Chennai skipper implementing the same during the matches.
