Pakistan pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi has apologized to Bangladesh batter Afif Hossain after venting out his frustration by hitting him with the ball during the second T20I on Saturday (November 20). The left-arm pacer displayed his anger at the Bangladesh batter after he was hit for a six. On the next delivery, Shaheen picked up the ball and threw it back to the batter.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) shared a video of the left-arm pacer apologizing to Hossain for his inappropriate behaviour earlier in the match. Shaheen hugged him and gave him a warm smile.

This is not the first time that the left-arm pacer has lost cool during the match. Earlier, during the Pakistan Super League (PSL), he had a go at former skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed. Although he later apologized for his actions, his behaviour was not liked by PCB and the management.
There have been few heated exchanges in the series already. Earlier, Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali was reprimanded by the cricket’s governing body for giving a sendoff to Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batter Nurul Hasan in the first T20I.
Meanwhile, the Men in Green have put on a dominating display in the series so far, winning both the games comprehensively. The third T20I will be played on Monday (November 22) in Dhaka.
