WATCH: Viral video of Sunil Shetty meeting Shahid Afridi and his family

A video became viral on social media as the Bollywood star actor Sunil Shetty met Pakistan’s former cricketer Shahid Afridi and his family at Dubai International Airport. As Shetty met Afridi, the former Pakistani cricket captain introduced his family to the star actor. Upon meeting the retired Pakistani cricketer and his family, Shetty greeted them with love. The meeting of Shetty with Afridi was the talk of the town.  

The video received a lot of love from the fans of the two individuals. It was a meeting of an actor with a cricketer, which was like a meeting of Bollywood with cricket. Movies and cricket receive a lot of hype in India and Pakistan. The Bollywood superstars and cricket players from both countries have unreal fan following and attention from the common people.  

The two were seen having casual talks with each other with smiles all around. As Afridi introduced his children to Shetty, the Bollywood star was happy to greet them with a smile. The fans of the two individuals celebrated the unique meeting and felt happy about their heroes. The fans wished the stars the best for their upcoming ventures and hoped it to be a success.  

‘Pakistan can have a great campaign in ODI World Cup’ – Shahid Afridi

Shahid Afridi recently expressed his disappointment with a couple of issues. In the 77th Independence Day video of Pakistan, there was no inclusion of Imran Khan, who was both the former captain and Prime Minister of Pakistan. Afridi expressed his disappointment over the issue and criticized the government for disrespecting one of the legends of the game and a former servant of the nation.  

The former Pakistani cricketer further criticized the Pakistani cricket board for bringing politics into cricket and destroying the relationships between India and Pakistan. “It is now a great campaign for ODI World Cup 2023. The services of our heroes in the cricket world should not be affected by any political stand” said Afridi and hoped that Pakistan would perform well in the upcoming 2023 ODI World Cup in India,” he said.
