Umran Malik came into the international arena after his impressive spell with his Hyderabad franchise in the last edition of the Indian T20 League. In that edition, he took 22 wickets in 14 matches.
Then, he made his T20I debut in Ireland. But, in whatever opportunities he received, Umran failed to show his full potential. As of now, he has played three matches where he grabbed only two wickets. Still, he can be a lethal option for Rohit Sharma due to his sheer pace. It can be very handy in the bouncy tracks of Australia.
