After this majestic knock of 122* runs off 61 balls, Virat Kohli holds another record. He has now the highest individual score in this format by any Indian batter. Previously, Rohit Sharma had that record to his name. Rohit has scored four tons in this format. His high score was 118 runs against Sri Lanka in Indore, 2017.
Now, after this inning, Virat Kohli is the new highest individual scorer in this format. Fans were expecting to see him back in form. But, there must be very few fans who thought about a ton in T20 format. Hence, Virat Kohli impressed his fans once again with such top-notch innings in the Asia Cup 2022.
