Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are an integral part of team India across all three formats. However, Virat was the captain in all three formats for India. He was known for his aggressive nature on the field while playing. But, some fans loved it while some criticized him for being too much aggressive on the field.  

Currently, after Kohli, Rohit Sharma is the new leader of India across all three formats. Since his initial days, fans know Rohit for his calm and composed nature. But, in recent times, Rohit was seen losing his temper with his players in several situations. Even, fans have become surprised seeing him in such a manner.

Rohit Sharma and Dinesh Karthik, Australia T20I series 2022

This incident took place during the first T20I of the three-match series against Australia in Mohali. In that match, India scored 208 runs by losing six wickets in 20 overs. Hardik Pandya scored 71* runs off 30 balls, at a strike rate of 236.66. He hit seven fours and five sixes.  However, Australia won the match with four wickets to spare.

During that innings, Umesh Yadav took the wicket of Maxwell with the help of a DRS call. But, after making that review call, Rohit was seen grabbing Dinesh Karthik’s neck in a playful manner. The Indian skipper was not happy that the senior gloveman didn’t appeal for a review. Regarding that, he poked fun at his long-time teammate and good friend Karthik.
